Meythra Matrimony is an online matrimonial platform designed to help individuals and families discover potential life partners based on information and preferences provided by members. Meythra Matrimony provides a platform for matrimonial introductions and communication. We do not guarantee that a member will find a suitable partner, receive a response, get married, or achieve any particular matrimonial outcome.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create or use a matrimonial profile. You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable law. If a profile is created by a parent, guardian, sibling, or other family member on behalf of another adult, the person creating the profile confirms that they have appropriate permission.

You are responsible for providing accurate information. You must not create false or duplicate profiles, impersonate another individual, provide misleading information, or use another person's photograph without permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Members may provide name, age, date of birth, gender, location, religion, community/caste/sub-caste, education, profession, income, family information, lifestyle information, horoscope information, photographs, and partner preferences. Members are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate.

Meythra Matrimony may provide mobile, email, photograph, or identity verification features. Verification does not guarantee the identity, character, background, marital status, financial status, or intentions of a member. Members should independently verify important information.

Members may have controls over profile visibility. Members should not publish passwords, bank details, card information, OTPs, government identification numbers, exact residential address, or other information that creates security or privacy risks. Personal information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

By uploading photographs, videos, descriptions, documents, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to upload it and that it is not fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or infringing. You grant Meythra Matrimony permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, and process content for operating the Service, subject to privacy settings and applicable law.

Members must not use Meythra Matrimony for fraud, scams, harassment, stalking, threats, abuse, impersonation, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, obscene or illegal content, spam, unauthorized advertising, unauthorized collection of personal information, illegal activities, fake profiles, account access attempts, malware, security circumvention, or unauthorized scraping.

Members are responsible for their communications and decisions. Meythra Matrimony does not guarantee the truthfulness, intentions, behaviour, or compatibility of another member. Never send money to another member simply because they request it for marriage, travel, medical expenses, business, emergencies, or any other reason. Report suspicious activity immediately.

Members should take reasonable precautions when communicating with other members. Before marriage, members and families should independently verify identity, marital status, education, employment, and other important claims. Meythra Matrimony may suspend, restrict, or remove profiles where fraud, abuse, impersonation, or policy violations are reasonably suspected.

Meythra Matrimony may allow preferences relating to religion, community, caste, sub-caste, language, location, and other matrimonial criteria. Members are responsible for using these features lawfully and without unlawful discrimination, harassment, or abuse.

Meythra Matrimony may use profile information, preferences, and technology-based methods to suggest potentially compatible profiles. Match suggestions are recommendations only and do not guarantee compatibility, communication, a relationship, marriage, or any matrimonial outcome.

Meythra Matrimony may offer free and paid services. Applicable price, duration, features, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be displayed before purchase. Paid membership does not guarantee a life partner or any particular number of responses, interests, or matches.

Payments must be made through authorized payment methods. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions are prohibited. Refund eligibility and cancellation conditions will be governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If recurring subscriptions are offered, renewal amount, frequency, and cancellation mechanisms will be disclosed before or during enrollment, subject to the payment provider and applicable law.

The Meythra Matrimony name, logo, website and application design, software, text, graphics, icons, databases, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Meythra Matrimony unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to permissions needed to operate the Service. You must ensure content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Members may be provided Report and Block functions. Report fraud, fake identity, harassment, abuse, financial requests, suspicious behaviour, unauthorized photographs, inappropriate content, or other violations. Meythra Matrimony may investigate and take appropriate action.

Meythra Matrimony may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations, false information, fraud, safety/security risks, misuse, or legal requirements. Members may request account deletion according to the available process and applicable law.

Meythra Matrimony provides a platform for matrimonial discovery and communication. We do not guarantee profile accuracy, member identity, intentions, profile availability, communication, compatibility, engagement, or marriage. Members should independently verify information.

The Platform may integrate third-party payment gateways, cloud, analytics, messaging, or other services. Use of such services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Meythra Matrimony may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. These Terms may be updated when necessary and updated Terms will be made available through the Platform.

Use of Meythra Matrimony is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meythra Matrimony will not be responsible for losses arising from interactions, communications, meetings, relationships, or matrimonial decisions between members. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a member may be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraudulent activity, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts/authorities in Tamil Nadu, India.
